This newsletter is special to me because this whole journey started just over a year ago. In a desperate attempt to find direction and connect with top CEOs in the energy industry, I decided to launch this newsletter on LinkedIn.
A couple of months later, it laid the foundation for The Energy Executive 360 Podcast, which has since grown into live sessions and now the network we are building — all designed to help ambitious young professionals and entrepreneurs take their careers to the next level by building international networks across the energy value chain, and gaining access to opportunities they didn’t previously think possible.
From my perspective, all of the opportunities I’ve created for myself have come from putting myself in the right rooms, with the right people, at the very top of the industry. Through the TEE360 Future Energy Leaders Network, my mission — using my own growing network — is to replicate that access for you.
In that spirit, as we enter the second year of this newsletter, we are moving from analysis to direct mentorship.
The newsletter will no longer be written mainly by myself. Instead, each week, energy executives from around the world will share their insights and personal advice from years in the industry, helping you navigate your career and identify the opportunities that matter most.
We already have a strong pipeline of executives who have agreed to contribute.
Next week, our inaugural executive edition will be provided by Felipe Germini, Founder of Germini Energy.
